All saddles sold under the Ben Kretchman name are handcrafted, made-to-order items. Each saddle is built with care, and as such, production times may vary. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order and are subject to change due to supply or labor conditions.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer rebuilds or repairs under the following conditions:

• The saddle must be returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
   
• Once we receive and inspect the saddle, we’ll assess and begin rebuild or repair work as needed.
   
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
   

We aim to make every saddle right — and we stand by our craftsmanship.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise arranged. We ship saddles via trusted carriers and will provide tracking when available. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen events.

In accordance with South Dakota Codified Law § 42-11-2, all equine professionals are not liable for injuries or death resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. By purchasing from or engaging with Ben Kretchman Saddles, you acknowledge and accept the following:

“Under South Dakota law, no equine professional is liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to South Dakota Codified Laws § 42-11-2.”

Ben Kretchman Saddles shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or website.

Any disputes arising from use of this website or our products will be governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
